David Tamburello is an experienced real estate investor and licensed real estate agent in both Washington state and Missouri. He has extensive knowledge in foreclosures, rehabs, property management, and lease options. Before he moved to Seattle, David grew up in the military as his father is a retired Air Force Fire Chief. After four years of college at the University of Maine as an accounting major, and three years in the Army at Ft. Bragg, NC as a paratrooper, he decided to move to Washington where many of his relatives live. He has lived in the Seattle area since 1998 where he has worked as a journeyman bricklayer (masonry), travel agent, and on a fishing barge in Alaska before getting his real estate license.
David is now a very active investor in many emerging market across the US. He began his real estate career as a door knocker, offering his services to those in pre-foreclosure. David is also a member of REAPS (Real Estate Association of Puget Sound), which is affiliated with the National REIA (the National Association of Real Estate Investment Associations).
David has successfully assembled a team to cater to your investor needs.
Kathryn Mulholland: Office Manager/Investor
Kathy brings to our office over 30 years of experience in the restaurant business where she managed and owned her own restaurant the “Brookside” in Gig Harbor. She has successfully made the transition to real estate investor as she owns many properties in emerging markets across the US.

Pat and Marta Grace at Las Casas Management Company is our full service property management company. They collect the rents, handle maintenance and repairs and all the day to day activities of owning rental properties. With nine years of relations in the KC metro area, they have a very strong niche with the Kansas City community and the hispanic market. They are well known among local city and government agencies such as the utilities companies and have a great relationship with Section 8 officials.
